Yvette Mcgaffin

Yvette is a functional movement specialist and Pilates expert having taught Pilates for 15 years, originally studying mat Pilates while attending Brent Street School of Performing Arts in Sydney, Australia.Reformer Pilates training followed alongside her years as a professional dancer. Honing her craft teaching and studying different methods with studios in London, Australia, New Zealand and Toronto, Yvette founded her own studios in the UK, Reform Studios in 2015, where she trained Game of Thrones Producer Bernadette Caulfield for several years as well as Sir Ian McKellen and professional sports athletes. 

Yvette created the Reform method and continues to train new Reform instructors. Yvette is a highly motivating teacher and a stickler for form. This combo adds to the intensity of her classes, and ultimately leads to smarter workouts and faster results. Reform RX was established in 2018 with the vision of creating the world’s best Pilates Reformer that will deliver life changing results with an unrivalled combination of functionality, connectivity and instructor talent.

Julius Ebreo

Personal Trainer, Pilates Teacher

Julius Ebreo has 20 years of experience as a dancer and choreographer in the UK and internationally before becoming a personal trainer and Pilates teacher in London. He is a fellow of Higher Education Academy and taught in prestigious performing arts schools like ArtsEd. His career highlights as a performer include The Lion King, We Will Rock You, and Disney’s Muppets Most Wanted to name a few.

Julius sees Pilates as the gift that keeps on giving. As a Pilates instructor, he loves seeing clients discover the wonders of their bodies. Julius fell in love with his body’s capacity to gain strength and flexibility while using reformer Pilates to recover from an injury. He enjoys discovering any weaker parts of a client’s practice, and patiently working to make it stronger. One of his main aims as a teacher is to strengthen both the body and mind of all clients, so they can have enough energy and love to share to their family, friends and to the people that they meet.

Kourtney McCullough

Traditional Pilates rooted heavily in her Classical Ballet background

Kourtney McCullough is a Pilates expert and functional movement specialist and has been training clients in Los Angeles for over a decade. She holds certifications in biomechanics, pre and post natal training, muscle imbalance assessment, and posture and gait analysis. 

She believes in teaching the body to work efficiently as a whole system rather than training individual parts. Her goal is to not only deliver the most effective, muscle quivering workouts, but also to empower her clients to develop better somatic awareness and to inspire them to make behavioral changes that over time will lead to permanent positive change. Her clientele has included Jennifer Aniston, Kate Hudson, and Sara and Erin Foster.

Maya Boyle

Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor

A fully qualified reformer Pilates and mat Pilates instructor, Maya’s passion for teaching comes from working with her clients in both 1:1 and group settings on a daily basis. With a mission to make movement and fitness enjoyable and accessible to all, Maya is driven by the daily feedback she sees in her clients’ mood, confidence and energy that makes her appreciate just how important movement is.

Her goal for every single class that she teaches is to ensure her clients feel balanced and empowered. Maya’s passion for healthy movement paired with the spirit of empowerment is what drives her to provide creative and mindful classes. Pilates, to her, is the discipline that ties it all together - breath, coordination, balance, accessibility and joy.

Hannah Lloyd-Calum

STOTT Pilates and Barre Instructor

Hannah is a qualified STOTT Pilates and Barre instructor who is passionate about making every class fun. Before teaching Pilates, Hannah started her career dancing for the English Youth Ballet where she first fell in love with movement. She then followed her passion around the world, featuring in various shows and productions on the Ibero cruise line and later in Circus Vazquez based in the USA. 

Hannah now shares everything she has learnt about form and alignment with her Pilates clients, helping them transform their own technique through the love of movement. Her energy is infectious and you’ll be sure to leave her class feeling the burn - but with a huge smile on your face.

Hayley Peoples

Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor

Hayley has been teaching reformer Pilates for over six years and loves nothing more than empowering each and every client in her classes, helping them to achieve their personal fitness goals. She possesses a dynamic teaching style, which enables her to create classes that feature challenging new flows, filled with strong movements guaranteed to target all the right places.

When teaching, she strives to bring awareness to the mind-body connection that clients can carry with them by improving self-esteem and cognitive function and reducing anxiety and a negative mood. Hayley believes that tempo is key and begins all classes slow, before building the intensity (and the sweat!) to lead her clients up to a grand finale for that ultimate endorphin high. In Hayley’s own words - let’s do this!

Lizi Watt

Reformer Pilates, Dance and Aerobics Instructor

A fully qualified reformer Pilates, Dance and Aerobics instructor, Lizi has a genuine love for teaching a fun and energetic reformer class. Energy, smiles and good vibes are key in her classes, no matter if you’re a beginner starting out or an advanced client keen to get your heart pumping.  

Lizi found in her own practice, the core focus of Pilates strengthened her entire body and centered her mind, which was a fantastic accompaniment to her dance teaching. She believes that every day you get to move your body is a gift and to be in some way enabling movement in people is a privilege.

Hannah Mollon

Qualified Fitness instructor and contemporary reformer Pilates instructor, Hannah has dedicated several years to developing her own personal style… a fusion of Pilates and HIIT!

Hannah is inspired by the principles of Pilates and how they come together on the RX with a cardio element that conditions the body for every purpose - to ultimately give you that full body burn and euphoric rush we all crave. Hannah prides herself on her attention to detail and acts as your very own personal cheerleader at home. Her drive is to drive you to be the best version of yourself and leave you more energised and stronger than ever - both on and off the RX. 

Anthony David Acosta

Fitness Instructor

Anthony David Acosta is a movement innovator originally from New York. After years of teaching across the East Coast of the USA he took his signature classes to Dubai UAE where he has led classes in Yoga, Reformer Pilates, Pre-Natal/Post-Partum, and his signature method, Collective Movement.

Anthony’s professional dance experience will be inherent as you experience his choreographed transitions and sequences (as well as his love for some leg extensions!)

A fully qualified Reformer Pilates and experienced Megaformer trainer, Anthony's ethos is built on the premise of ‘challenge with purpose’, and teaches movement that is completely fresh, innovative and comprehensive. 

By the end of one of Anthony’s classes he hopes that you feel long, strong, and have a better sense of embodiment!
