Pilates socks that have grip points are recommended for comfort and traction when using the RX but are not essential.

While this is completely up to your personal preference, we can suggest a few best practices for what to wear while training on the RX:

  • Generally opt for comfortable exercise clothes.
  • Slim-fitting leggings or shorts work well on Reform RX. Avoid long or flowing clothes, especially anything that could potentially become caught in the sliding carriage (use your own best discretion on this.)
  • We recommend wearing Pilates grip socks for comfort and traction.
  • Long hair should be tied up.

To comfortably complete all exercises and moves during your workout, we recommend allocating approximately 1.6 feet of space around your Reform RX.

No. Reform RX does not currently support alternate input devices of this type. While they may show up in the Bluetooth pairing menu, they will not be able to work correctly with Reform RX.
