If you are not satisfied with your Reform RX, you can request a return within 14 days from time of delivery.

Reform RX’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our Limited Reform RX Warranty.

Because of the size and weight of our fitness products, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your Reform RX.  Returns will be charged an additional return shipping fee of $300 or more for Reform RX, depending on your location.

If your Reform RX is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, Reform RX reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at Reform RX’s sole discretion.

If your Reform RX is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional restocking fee.

Returns Policy

Yes. Reform RX warrants the frame (excluding any moving parts attached to the structural frame) against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five years from the date of original delivery. 

Reform RX warrants the components and all original parts of the Reform RX - straps and loops, custom sticky mats, Signature Springs against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of original delivery.

Reform RX warrants the touchscreen against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of original delivery.

For all orders placed during our pre-sale (up until January 31, 2022), we estimate shipping to take place in May 2022.
After you have completed a workout on your Reform RX, you will be able to view a breakdown of your post-workout analytics, including the total number of calories burned, total power output and your heart rate zones.

MyScore will increase over the course of the workout based on the time you spend in different heart rate zones. We calculate your heart rate zones and after class, you can view your My Score for that workout in your workout history and compare it to previous workouts based off of the history on your Reform RX profile. 

The maximum user weight capacity is limited to 375lbs. The Reform RX’s smart spine range is tested for users up to 6’7" height.

There is no minimum size, weight, or build for using Reform RX. It's one of the most versatile pieces of fitness equipment for smaller or younger athletes. However, the minimum age for use is 13 years.

Note: Use of the Reform RX by anyone under the age of thirteen (13) is not permitted.

Pilates socks that have grip points are recommended for comfort and traction when using the RX but are not essential. 

While this is completely up to your personal preference, we can suggest a few best practices for what to wear while training on the RX:

Generally opt for comfortable exercise clothes.

Slim-fitting trousers or shorts work well on Reform RX. Avoid long or flowing clothes, especially anything which could potentially become caught in the sliding carriage. (Use your own best discretion on this.)

We recommend wearing pilates grip socks for comfort and traction. 

Long hair should be tied up.

No. Reform RX does not currently support alternate input devices of this type. While they may show up in the Bluetooth pairing menu, they will not be able to work correctly with Reform RX.

We recommend a dedicated 10 Mbps of bandwidth for Reform RX to ensure smooth streaming and a seamless connected-fitness experience.

This should be well-within the capability of most homes that use a Broadband internet service (Cable, Fiber etc.)

Yes, If you go to the settings icon, your bluetooth headphones or earphones can be linked via the bluetooth icon.

Reform RX is a commercial grade quality Reformer and therefore designed to endure heavy use whether in your home or in the studio. We have run millions of cycles as part of a two year test period to ensure its functionality and durability. Reform RX’s components are water and sweat resistant and designed to be long-lasting.

Yes. Heart rate will be displayed when watch is synced with Reform RX. 

The RX springs are housed in the Smart Spine of the Reform RX.  As a user you only need to press down on the colour coded buttons to engage the resistance, and simply lift up to release the resistance. 

The colour coded buttons are equipped with the following weight:

Green - 22lbs 

Red - 44lbs

White - 44lbs

Blue - 33lbs 

By visiting our website on a mobile device you can gain access to our View In Your Space virtual reality feature which scans your space and provides an idea of how the RX will look and feel in your space.

If you have never done Reformer Pilates before, it is best to visit the How To section and start with the beginner breakdown of exercises found here. Then when you are confident with some introductory repertoire you can venture into a beginner class that is aligned with your goals. We will suggest our cardio section if you are looking to lose weight or improve your endurance and our strength section for muscle tone and/or improving overall strength for example.

Yes, absolutely! Only one paid membership per Reform RX is required for up to eight users, even if you have multiple users in your home who use it.

Your friends and family will be able to have separate accounts, with all stats and progress for each user saved independently.

No, not at this time. To train on the RX, you will need to have a subscription that will provide you with access to a library of 100+ classes.
